- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 0.5 cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1.25 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cheesy Garlic Butter Spaghetti: 1. Boil spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside. 2. Sauté minced garlic in melted butter over medium heat. 3. Add ground beef and Italian sausage, cooking until browned. 4. Stir in Cajun seasoning, chicken broth, heavy cream, and milk; simmer for 5-7 minutes to thicken. 5. Mix in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted. 6. Add spinach and cooked spaghetti, tossing until coated.
- Cajun Beef Linguine: 1. Cook linguine according to package directions, drain, and set aside. 2. Brown ground beef in melted butter in a large skillet. 3. Stir in garlic powder. 4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer. 5. Stir in cubed Velveeta until the sauce is smooth. 6. Combine the cooked linguine and mozzarella cheese into the sauce and heat through.
