Ingredients
- 1lb 96/4 lean ground beef
- 1 bag fat free cheddar cheese
- 10 slices beef bacon
- 7 whole eggs
- 7 burrito sized flour tortillas
- 50g chopped jalapeños
- 1 packet Taco Bell taco seasoning
- 100g onion
- 100g bell peppers
- 35g chili pepper hot honey
- Taco Bell hot sauce
Instructions
- Fry the chopped beef bacon in a pan until crispy.
- Add the onions and bell peppers to the pan and cook until they soften.
- Add the lean ground beef and cook until it is browned.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, hot sauce, and chopped jalapeños.
- When the beef is approximately 90% cooked, crack the eggs into the pan.
- Stir the mixture constantly until the eggs are nearly cooked through.
- Add the fat free cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Distribute the mixture among 7 tortillas.
- Drizzle 7g of chili pepper hot honey over each filling and roll the burritos.
- Store in containers for later use.
- To reheat from the refrigerator, microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
- To reheat from the freezer, microwave for 3 minutes and adjust as needed.
The 35g of hot honey is for the whole batch; use 7g per burrito.
