Ingredients
- 10oz argentine red shrimp raw
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp chives
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp red bell pepper
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 3 sheets rice paper
- 1/2 tbsp chili crisp
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Finely mince the raw shrimp and dice the chives. Finely slice the red bell pepper.
- Combine the shrimp, white pepper, chives, cornstarch, red bell pepper, oyster sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl and mix to create the filling.
- Moisten a sheet of rice paper with water, ensuring excess liquid is removed.
- Lay the rice paper flat and place a line of filling from top to bottom. Fold the paper over the filling to create a long, thin log shape.
- Slice the rice paper log into bite-sized pieces.
- Lightly spray an air fryer basket with oil, place the shrimp pops inside, and spray the tops with more oil.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes until the exterior is golden and crispy.
- Whisk together the chili crisp, soy sauce, water, and sesame seeds in a small bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
- Serve the cooked shrimp pops with the dipping sauce.
