Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Finely mince the raw shrimp and dice the chives. Finely slice the red bell pepper.
  2. Combine the shrimp, white pepper, chives, cornstarch, red bell pepper, oyster sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl and mix to create the filling.
  3. Moisten a sheet of rice paper with water, ensuring excess liquid is removed.
  4. Lay the rice paper flat and place a line of filling from top to bottom. Fold the paper over the filling to create a long, thin log shape.
  5. Slice the rice paper log into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Lightly spray an air fryer basket with oil, place the shrimp pops inside, and spray the tops with more oil.
  7. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes until the exterior is golden and crispy.
  8. Whisk together the chili crisp, soy sauce, water, and sesame seeds in a small bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
  9. Serve the cooked shrimp pops with the dipping sauce.
