Ingredients
- Rice paper sheets 3
- Extra lean ground beef, cooked 150g
- Diced onions to taste
- Diced pickles to taste
- Sesame seeds to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Season with salt

- Mix all burger sauce ingredients together

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef over high heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until the edges are crispy.
- Combine the burger sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Whisk one egg in a shallow dish. Coat each rice paper sheet with the egg wash and lay them out horizontally with a slight overlap.
- Place the cooked beef, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and burger sauce in the center of the rice paper sheets.
- Roll the sheets tightly, tucking in the ends, and coil them into a swirl shape.
- Brush the rolls with the remaining egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cook in an air fryer or oven at 350°F for 15–17 minutes.
- Slice in half and allow to cool before eating.
