  1. Brown the ground beef over high heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until the edges are crispy.
  2. Combine the burger sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Whisk one egg in a shallow dish. Coat each rice paper sheet with the egg wash and lay them out horizontally with a slight overlap.
  4. Place the cooked beef, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and burger sauce in the center of the rice paper sheets.
  5. Roll the sheets tightly, tucking in the ends, and coil them into a swirl shape.
  6. Brush the rolls with the remaining egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Cook in an air fryer or oven at 350°F for 15–17 minutes.
  8. Slice in half and allow to cool before eating.
