  1. Combine the peanut butter powder, applesauce, and honey in a bowl and mix until a thick dough is achieved.
  2. Shape the dough into 12 individual balls and place them in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Coat each ball by dipping it into the melted chocolate and then sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  5. Place the balls in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate coating has hardened.
  6. Store the balls in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for up to three months.
