- 2 Ib extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz light cream cheese
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 8 slices Cracker Barrel Pizza Mozzarella
- 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine diced potatoes with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cooking spray.
- Cook the potatoes in an air fryer or oven at 400°F for 22 to 28 minutes until they reach a crispy texture.
- Brown the ground beef along with the diced onion and bell peppers in a pan.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and seasonings, then lower the heat and mix in the cream cheese.
- Place the cooked potatoes in a baking dish, layer the beef mixture on top, and finish with mozzarella slices.
- Broil for 1 to 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, light mayo, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to create the sauce.
- Divide the mixture into 8 portions and top with the prepared sauce.
