- 30g cukru pudru
- 60g białka
- dowolne herbatniki
- dmuchana pszenica
- czekolada mleczna
Instructions
- Line the bottom of a 24 cm cake pan with digestive biscuits.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add mascarpone and egg white, mixing until combined.
- Add powdered sugar and puffed wheat, stirring to incorporate.
- Spread the mixture over the biscuit base.
- Melt the milk chocolate and pour it over the top.
