- 120ml - 2% Fairlife Milk (1/2 cup)
- 120ml - Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/2 cup)
- 240ml - Water (1 cup)
- 40g - Zero Calorie Granulated Sugar
- 10g - Protein Powder (I used PEScience Cake Pop)
- 5g - Sugar Free Pudding Mix (cheesecake or white chocolate)
- 1 tsp - Cake Batter Extract
- 1/4 tsp - Salt
- 1/4 tsp - Guar or Xantham Gum (optional)
- 15g (~4-5 pieces) Frosted Animal Crackers
Instructions
- Combine all ice cream base ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Freeze the mixture for at least 10 to 12 hours.
- Process the frozen mixture using the 'lite ice cream' setting on an ice cream maker.
- Perform one 're-spin' if the texture requires it.
- Use a butter knife to create a hole in the center of the ice cream reaching the bottom.
- Add the frosted animal crackers into the hole and use the 'mix-in' cycle to combine.
