Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Remove the top of the baguette and hollow out the center, ensuring the bread walls are thick enough to maintain its structure.
  2. Apply a thin layer of roasted garlic butter to the inside of the hollowed bread.
  3. Layer American cheese and cooked bacon inside the baguette.
  4. Spread the ground beef evenly over the top of the bread to a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch, then season heavily with burger seasoning.
  5. Place the baguette beef-side down in a hot skillet and sear until a dark crust forms and the beef sides turn gray.
  6. Flip the boat over, add an additional layer of American cheese, and bake in a 350°F oven until the cheese is melted and the beef is fully cooked.
  7. Top with extra crispy bacon, diced onions, pickles, and a drizzle of burger sauce.
  8. Slice into portions and serve while hot.
