- 1.5 chicken tenderloins

- 2 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1–2 tbsp water (to thin to drizzle consistency)
- 1/4 cups honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the southwest ranch by blending the Greek yogurt, light mayo, lime juice, garlic clove, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, and salt. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to achieve a thin, drizzling consistency, then blend until smooth.
- Make the hot honey by combining the honey, hot sauce, minced garlic, and chopped green onions.
- Coat the chicken tenderloins in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge them in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the crushed corn flakes.
- Cook the chicken tenders until crispy and fully cooked through.
- Serve the chicken with the southwest ranch and a drizzle of the hot honey.
