Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 whole egg
- Low-fat mozzarella
- 150g extra lean ground beef
- 2 slices reduced-fat mozzarella
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions
- Microwave the sweet potato until it reaches a soft consistency.
- Combine the cooked sweet potato with one egg in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Place a small amount of low-fat mozzarella into a waffle maker.
- Add a portion of the sweet potato mixture on top of the cheese and close the waffle maker.
- Cook for approximately 5 minutes, then repeat the process to create a second bun.
- Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Shape the beef into two thin patties and cook them in a pan.
- Place one slice of reduced-fat mozzarella on each cooked patty.
- Assemble the cheeseburger using the sweet potato buns and add burger sauce if desired.
