Ingredients
- 1,800 g white potatoes
- 3 lbs 96/4 lean ground beef
- 700 g broccoli
- 1 bag fat-free cheddar cheese
- 1 bag fat-free mozzarella cheese
- 1 bottle garlic parmesan wing sauce (35 calories per serving, 24 servings)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 9 g onion powder
- 9 g paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Chop the potatoes and broccoli, then season them with salt and black pepper.
- Place the broccoli on the bottom oven rack and the potatoes on the top rack, then bake for 32 minutes.
- While the vegetables are roasting, cook the ground beef in a pan until browned.
- Season the cooked beef with onion powder and paprika.
- Combine the cooked beef, roasted potatoes, roasted broccoli, both types of fat-free cheese, and the garlic parmesan sauce in a pan.
- Use water to rinse any remaining sauce from the bottle into the pan, then mix everything until the cheese has melted.
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions for meal prep.
- To reheat from the refrigerator, microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
- To reheat from the freezer, add a small amount of water, cover with a paper towel, and microwave for 2.5 minutes.
