Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes in a large pot of water until tender, then drain.
  2. Mash the potatoes with the blended cottage cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, coat the diced beef with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef for about 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Add the butter, diced garlic, and parsley to the pan, stirring until the butter melts and the beef is coated, then remove the beef from the pan.
  6. In the same pan, combine the evaporated milk, chicken stock powder, and smoked paprika, scraping the bottom of the pan to incorporate the flavors.
  7. Stir in the cream cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  8. Portion the mashed potatoes and steak into six containers and top with the creamy sauce.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, air fry the steak at 190°C (375°F) for 3-4 minutes and microwave the potatoes separately; add a splash of milk to the potatoes if they are too dry.
