Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup crispy chopped bacon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- Fresh chopped basil
- Buffalo ranch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roast garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden and soft.
- Combine the roasted garlic with softened butter, parmesan, parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the top of a sourdough loaf and hollow out the center. Spread the garlic butter mixture inside the loaf and on the top piece.
- Bake the bread at 350°F until the loaf is crispy and the butter has melted.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, heavy cream, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, parmesan, mozzarella, bacon, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the hollowed bread with the chicken mixture, sprinkle with Colby Jack cheese, and bake at 375°F for approximately 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and crispy.
- Slice the bread and serve with buffalo ranch for dipping.
