- 10 oz Velveeta, cubed
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Boil the rotini pasta until it reaches an al dente texture, then drain it.
- Melt butter in a large skillet and sauté the minced garlic until it becomes fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until it is browned.
- Mix the onion powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes into the beef.
- Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring the mixture to a light simmer.
