- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt

Instructions
- Boil the spaghetti until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter.
- Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until fully browned.
- Incorporate the oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and flour into the beef mixture.
- Slowly pour in the beef broth and stir until the mixture thickens.
- Add the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer.
- Stir in the cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses until they are completely melted.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the creamy beef sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve the dish while hot.
Variations: You can add spinach, bell peppers, or red pepper flakes. Ground turkey can be used as a substitute for beef. Pairs well with garlic bread.
