- 6 lbs 97/3 lean ground beef
- 16 slices beef bacon
- 24 oz protein pasta
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 32 oz 2% cottage cheese
- 24 oz fat-free shredded cheese
- Add diced tomatoes

- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- black pepper
- Sauté diced onions

- Blend cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and milk until smooth
Instructions
- Place the raw ground beef in a 10-quart crockpot.

- Stir the mixture and break the beef into small pieces.

- Sauté diced onions in beef bone broth until they are soft.
- Combine the cooked bacon and onion mixture with the beef in the crockpot.
- Create a cheese sauce by blending the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and milk until the consistency is smooth.
- Pour the cheese sauce into the crockpot and stir well.
- Boil the protein pasta in a separate pot until it is slightly undercooked.
- Add the cooked pasta and broccoli florets to the crockpot during the last 10 to 15 minutes of cooking.
